Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic affecting many, mental health has become extremely important to reflect on and treat. As he has had a few of his very close friends end their own lives, he strives to aid others who are going through the same issues as this matteris very dear to his heart.

“It is important, especially during these difficult times, that we come together to check in on one another. Upwards of 40% of adults in the United States reported that they are struggling with mental health issues in the last year of the pandemic. No one should feel like they are alone and through the help of organizations like NAMI and the results from my show, we are able to raise awareness and donations to help those in need.”
