Styx’s Tommy Shaw Talks New Single “Reveries” & Details Inspiration For “Too Much Time On My Hands”

Famed guitarist and Styx frontman Tommy Shaw is the latest icon to stop by Matt Pinfield’s New & Approved series to discuss his band’s newest single “Reveries” and their forthcoming album ‘Crash Of The Crown’.

While Shaw picked up music at an early age, the musician reflects on the beginning stages of his career and the moment he joined Styx.

Shaw also goes on to detail memories of touring, the inspiration behind songs like “Too Much Time On My Hands,” and more.
